For your convenience, within the checkout section of your shopping cart, we post estimated delivery information next to each item. This information is updated as changes occur. Speaking Successfully is in constant communication with our product manufacturers to ensure that you are provided with the most up-to-date information on product availability. Speaking Successfully makes every effort to ensure that you can enjoy your purchases in your home as soon as possible. Please remember, our stated times for product availability are only estimates. Speaking Successfully is subject to manufacturers’ production schedules and cannot be held responsible for their delays.
Order Fulfillment and CancellationsIn order to prevent fraud and ensure that funds are available, Speaking Successfully charges your credit card at the time of order. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "Speaking Successfully."
Speaking Successfully provides you with a variety of products from a variety of manufacturers so, products ship at different intervals. Products will be shipped to you as they become available. In situations where a specialty or long lead-time item delays part of your order, your order be shipped in stages. In the case of such partial order shipments from the same manufacturer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled due to the costs to process the order. Furthermore, there is no cooling off period. Meaning, you cannot later cancel simply because you change your mind, decide the item costs too much, or wish you had acquired a different item. After you place your order via the internet, you may only cancel with the agreement of the seller or for legal cause, such as fraud.
Return PolicyYour satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our products and their quality. Unused items (other than CDs and Software) in original condition may be returned for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of purchase. CDs and Software are not returnable. Please understand we cannot accept merchandise which is returned incomplete or in obviously "used" condition. For equipment, refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Your product invoice is required for processing your return. For your protection, ship your package via prepaid insured US Mail. We are not responsible for returned packages lost in the mail. C.O.D returns are not accepted. On valid returns we will credit your payment method (less shipping & handling charges) within 4 to 6 weeks.
Defective or Damaged MerchandiseSpeaking Successfully takes extreme pride in the products we offer. We inspect products prior to shipping and are constantly evaluating the quality control of each manufacturer. Despite these precautions, the remote possibility exists that your order may arrive with a manufacturing defect. These instances are rare, but nonetheless do occur. Because of this, it is imperative that you inspect your order immediately and make a report of any defect immediately by contacting Speaking Successfully. In the event of damage, you may be required to contact the shipper's local offices. Speaking Successfully is unable to accept responsibility for any defect that is reported more than 24 hours following delivery. Any such notification must be done in writing. Please do not use defective items.
When you make a report of damage or defect to Speaking Successfully’s, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. In most cases, our staff will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Speaking Successfully will either replace or credit any merchandise that is initially "out-of-the-box" defective depending on availability. All others are subject to manufacturers' warranties.
Arranging for a ReplacementIf you need to arrange for the replacement of an item, please email us all the information, including your order number, name and address. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s). After you email us, our staff will contact you to make the arrangements to send the replacement. Because you may need to return the product, you will need all of the original packaging materials and cartons in which your order came in to re-pack it. Please do not assemble or use the product, as some manufacturers will not replace used items. In addition to the original packaging, please include all of the accompanying literature, instructions, hardware, and other materials that were included with the shipment.
Speaking Successfully does not pay for the cost of unauthorized repairs, replacements or returns, nor for the return of items which cannot be shipped in their original packaging either as a result of the fact that the containers have not been retained, or because the product cannot be disassembled. Please note that unidentifiable or unauthorized returns will be refused.
